.Alarm Panels are provided for typically
.one of two functions:

.1. Remote indication of alarm conditions
. ._present on the fire pump controller.
_...(Types A, B, F & G)
.2. To shut down the pump in the event
_...that the suction pressure provided to
_...the pump has dropped below a
_.. minimum. This also is called "low suction
_...pressure shutdown." (Types D & E)

.Type D & E panels provide audible and
.visible indication of low suction pressure,
.main controller voltage failure and if
.supervisory voltage normal. The difference
.between D & E is that Type E requires a
.manual reset of low suction shutdown.

.Types A & B are for Electric Fire Pump
.Controllers and F & G are for Diesel Fire
.Pump Controllers. The difference between
.Types A & B is that Type A has an audible
.alarm if Supervisory Power is lost, Type B
.does not. The difference between F & G is
.that Type G has an indication for Pump
.Room Trouble.
